I wanna pursue a career in music producing but I don't know where i can learn the ropes of the game here in Philly.. I'm proficient in Fruity Loops but that's about it. I wanna learn how to use studio equipment and produce tracks. Holla at yo boy if you got any pointers.

You should probably pick up a cheap mic and mixer and start recording on your PC anything you can. Check out a free magazine called TapeOP for some ideas. You could try calling all the local studios and offer to work for free. You can clean up or run errands for them and maybe learn some stuff along the way. You'll just have to be really determined to get started in the music production business. It will probably take a few years to really get ahead. -------------------- "I like it.
