I have two bedrooms available in four bedroom house In east falls, on the 4000 block of Ridge ave.. One is available immediately, and the other is available at the beginning of June. One is bigger, and one is a little smaller. The roommate with the bigger room moves out on the first of June, so the smaller room will only be temporary to whoever rents first.
One and a half bathrooms. Washer and dryer, and dish washer. It's a non-smoking house, but there's a spot in the backyard if you do smoke.

None of us have pets, but cats are welcomed if fixed and house trained.

Rent comes to $383.50 with three roommates, but once we get a fourth, it will come to about $287 for rent.

We all split utilities, which includes internet, cable, gas, water and electric.
Located right on Ridge Avenue. Just a five minute walk from the East Falls train stop. Bus stops are located close by, up and down the street.

Everyone is respectful. It's quiet, and not too far from Main Street or the East Falls train station. We hope to have both rooms filled by the first of June, so contact me and we can set up a time for you to come and check out the rooms.
