My name is Lindsey and I'm looking for a 1-bedroom apartment in Northeast Philadelphia - somewhere close to trevose maybe? I've been having the hardest time finding a good location because I'm not familiar with any of the neighborhoods in Philadelphia. If anyone knows of a private owner looking to rent to a 23 year old who is quiet and clean please help me out.

Really any information will help me out since I live in Illinois and not Pennsylvania.
